Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or submitting a casting application. By accessing our site or submitting any form, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Red Flag Green Flag website (redflaggreenflagshow.com) and any related services, content, or communications provided by Red Flag Green Flag (“RFGF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or submit any applications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, joining our email list, submitting a casting application, or engaging with any RFGF content or service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Your use of our site and services complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of the Website

A. Permitted Use

You may use the RFGF website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, including:

  • Learning about the Red Flag Green Flag show and its mission

  • Submitting a casting application

  • Signing up for our email list

  • Engaging with our content and resources

B. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or application

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our site without written permission

  • Use our brand, name, or content for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual affiliated with RFGF


We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, without notice.

3. Casting Applications

A. Eligibility

To apply for Red Flag Green Flag, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application

  • Be a legal resident of the United States (or eligible to participate under applicable law)

  • Be currently single and not in a committed romantic relationship

  • Identify as a Christian and be willing to participate in a faith-based dating format

  • Be available for production dates as communicated during the casting process

  • Not be currently employed by RFGF, its production partners, or any affiliated company

B. Application Accuracy

By submitting a casting application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Submission of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate disqualification, and if discovered after filming, may result in removal from the show and forfeiture of any associated benefits.

C. No Guarantee of Selection or Response

Submitting an application does not guarantee contact, an interview, or selection for the show. RFGF receives a high volume of applications and cannot respond to every submission. All casting decisions are made at the sole discretion of RFGF and its production team.

D. Application Data Retention

Application materials, including personal statements, photos, and video submissions, are retained for up to 24 months and may be reviewed for future seasons. You may request deletion of your application at any time by contacting us at the address listed in Section 14.

E. Media Release — Application Materials

By submitting a casting application, you grant RFGF a limited, non-exclusive license to use your submitted photos, video, and written content solely for internal casting evaluation purposes. This license does not grant RFGF the right to publish or broadcast your application materials publicly without a separate, signed release agreement.

4. Selected Participants

If you are selected to participate in Red Flag Green Flag as a cast member or in any on-screen capacity, you will be required to sign a separate Participant Agreement and Media Release before any filming begins. That agreement will govern all matters related to your participation, likeness rights, compensation (if any), confidentiality, and production conduct. These Terms do not constitute or replace that agreement.


Participation in the show is contingent upon execution of all required production agreements. No verbal commitments from any RFGF representative constitute a binding offer of participation.

5. Intellectual Property

A. Our Content

All content on the RFGF website — including but not limited to the show name, logo, brand marks, taglines, written content, graphics, videos, and social media content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Red Flag Green Flag and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.


You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any RFGF content without our prior written consent.

B. Your Content

Any content you voluntarily submit to us — including application materials, feedback, or testimonials — remains yours. However, by submitting it, you grant RFGF a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for purposes consistent with our services and mission, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy.

C. Trademark Notice

"Red Flag Green Flag," "RFGF," "Know Your Flags. Know Your Worth.," and related marks are trademarks or common law marks of Red Flag Green Flag. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

6. Email List & Communications

By subscribing to the RFGF email list, you agree to receive periodic communications from us, including show updates, casting announcements, and brand content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. We do not sell or share your email address with third-party marketers. 7. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Our website and content may contain links to third-party websites or platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media. These platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. RFGF is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party site. Linking to a third-party site does not constitute our endorsement of that site or its content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE RFGF WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RFGF DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our site or services at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RFGF AND ITS OWNERS, HOSTS, PRODUCERS, STAFF, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CASTING PROCESS.


This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, lost profits, reputational harm, or personal injury arising from your use of our website or submission of an application. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RFGF and its owners, hosts, producers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of or access to our website

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading information

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our website or services

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which RFGF is principally based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.


You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RFGF.

12. Children’s Access

The RFGF website and all related services are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our website or submit any form. If we discover that a minor has submitted information to us, we will delete it promptly.

13. Termination

RFGF reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our website or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe you have violated these Terms, submitted fraudulent information, or engaged in conduct harmful to our community, team, or mission.


Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
